When we started #chesterhour 7 years ago social media wasn’t seen by businesses as a necessary marketing avenue like it is now…. So we went for 8-9pm so business owners could get home do what they need to do and join us on twitter to meet local businesses and active tweeters… Tweetups were also held and people were able to put a face to the social media accounts of Chester. Friendships were formed and businesses were able to reach a more targeted audience..
Moving on to 2020 and we feel now is the time to move to a daytime slot…
