Claire House Children’s Hospice

Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life.

By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support we help families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher.

Claire House is always looking for volunteers to join their amazing team.

By volunteering, you’ll be joining a team of over 900 dedicated people who give their time freely to help the charity.

They offer over 47 individual volunteer roles across the hospice, shops and fundraising events.

If you’re a business or a community group, there is a variety of projects that you can get involved with.

Volunteering at Claire House is open to anyone over 16. No matter what ability, experience, interests or reason for volunteering, they’re sure to have an opportunity to suit your individual needs.

Claire House is involved with fundraising events across Chester, including the Chester Half Marathon, where they are always looking for volunteers to help give out medals to the wonderful marathon runners.

They also have two fantastic charity shops both in Hoole and Frodsham Street, Chester.
