On Friday 25th October, the Oliver and Co office closed at 4:30pm for a welcome party for Ellis and Co, who joined Oliver & Co on 18th October.
Ellis & Co have been established for many years in Chester and specialise in Conveyancing, in addition to Wills & Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney, Court of Protection and Commercial Leases.
Bottles of fizz were popped open and a range of canapés were available for staff in the board room, as the two firms congregated together in the reception to celebrate the start of a new beginning.
David Owen, Director gave a welcome speech at the party, where he referred to the individuals from Ellis & Co as “The Magnificent Eight” and expressed how thrilled employees at Oliver & Co are to join forces with a team that have similar core values in striving to provide high quality, personal legal services to the local community.
Jim Ellis, Director of Ellis & Co also said a few words about how excited his small team are to work under one roof with Oliver & Co and how they have received a very warm welcome from everyone at the office.
